It is REALLY difficult to communicate with your doctor. It can be really stressful trying to get information or relay information. The phone menu goes on forever. The text option - half the time i don't get any answer other than the automated response - and then th ealgorithm closed the chat. When you call, expect to spell your name 4 or 5 times if you are not Anglo, and expect to wait until the next day for a response.
