I had a sleep study the night of October 14-15. I would highly recommend Baystate Medical Center--both for the facility itself and most importantly for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (Bill and Danielle). I have also had a sleep study at the facility on Main St. In Springfield. My experience at Baystate Medical Center was far, far superior.
Great staff TERRIBLE follow-up. Every time you call it's a different time frame for results. Hold time upwards of 20 minutes. STILL don't have the information I need 3 weeks out. Can't ever talk to the people you need to talk to only relay and leave messages. Waiting room time 30 minutes. I wish they would get their stuff in order.
Excellence. They work with your needs and take time to figure out the issue at hand rather slap a label and just stick with it. I'm very grateful for the time and resources they used on fixing me. I never wait long to see my doc, but yet I'm never rushed to the door either. She listens and works with what I say. Thanks kJ and staff :-)
