Terrible phone service, they just put you on hold and you can’t get a hold of anyone. This is especially difficult if you need something urgent.
I switched to BMWH at 35 weeks pregnant because I was unhappy with my care at my previous provider. Turns out, this decision would be even better than I imagined. They made the transfer so easy and seamless, getting appointments have been really easy to do, and the midwives are phenomenal (Vanessa was only one I didn’t care for).
