Poorly run, several scheduling errors, consistently told to wait for a call back that doesn't happen, given incorrect information, being assured that the staff are well trained and aware of procedures- that is incorrect. I wish a better outcome would be involved in a place where it is supposed to be a happy time in your life. Take caution
Horrible service horrible people , everyone has a bad miserable attitude. Nurses and doctors sound so miserable not happy with the job they are doing. I’m pregnant and I feel like they don’t care about me or my baby they haven’t gave me an appointment didn’t even offer prenatal vitamins. I hate this clinic. Looking for a new place for me and my baby. I will be calling DPH and reporting this place for denying care to me and my baby.
This place is absolutely horrible. You sit on hold for over an hour or send messages through the portal and never hear back for months. Then when you get ahold of someone they claim they never have any morning appointments. When you do get an appointment and go in you sit in the room for about an hour before a doctor finally comes in. Currently in the process of transferring my care elsewhere cause if this is how they treat you during prenatal care I don’t even wanna know how they treat patients in active labor. Luz in the call center was AMAZING at getting me an appointment. She worked with my schedule, and offered multiple options to find what would work best for me. Happy to be going somewhere where the whole team cares about their patients!
Newly pregnant with my first and I called to schedule a new patient appointment, Michelle was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to talk to, super helpful throughout the process and very informative when it came to my next steps.
