I would've rated this practice a negative number but that isn't an option. Do not choose this practice unless you have no other option! You can NEVER speak to anyone without going through the answering service first and then you never get a call back. They are always late even if you are the first patient of the day! Horrible! Now let me add that the phone number they ask you to call in all of the reviews, goes to an answering machine!
Dr Leanne Vallee is the best paediatrician I’ve come across in the field. Dr Urquhart is also a lovely and caring Dr. We have 4 children, and Dr Vallee is always very attentive and listens to all/any concerns. I’m very happy with this office!!
