Would say this is one of the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I use to bring my daughter here and they targeted me because I am a young parent. They shoot down all my questions and responded to it by calling early intervention. Do not recommend at all if you truly care for your kids they are horrible here.

My granddaughter has been going here for four years with me. The front check in staff has declined. They don’t listen . They hang up on you in the middle of a question. We arrived a half hour early for an appointment and waited 45 minutes after our appointment (while they took others who arrived after us) we we then told it would be another 15 minutes because they have people already in the rooms. So we ended up having to leave. Very disorganized and rude. Looking for another pediatrician.!

In the 10 years I have been bringing my children to Quabbin Pediatrics’s, the only time we have ever encountered any issue was after the transfer to Baystate. We have gone in to the office on two occasions in the last 6 months and have left after 90+ minute waits for physicals. Today was the second instance in which I was told that the delay for my child was due to children that were in for sick visits. Typical Baystate, running the doctors to death and prioritizing profits over patients. We received no apology at any point ... read more

I’ve been taking both of my children here, and infant and preteen, for 9months. Never had an issue with any staff or Dr. They’ve been very timely when scheduling sick appointments or requesting docs for school. It’s also always in and out. No waiting forever in the waiting room. I switched my oldest from Trinity Health to be here. Best decision ever.
