The people here are beyond caring from the front desk to the OBGYN and midwives. They always take such good care of me, prepregancy for my LEEP surgery, and now throughout my pregnancy. As someone who has had traumatizing experiences in the past at GYNs, they are a breath of fresh air. The only complaint I have is it can be hard to get a hold of someone, but the portal and text line help.
The front desk staff and medical assistants are very sweet. On the other hand, I had the worst experience giving birth with these midwives!! I only was comfortable with 1 of them because she was very kind and understanding. The rest of them are just extremely rude and none of them listened to me. I would go somewhere else personally
This place used to be very caring ..I dont know what's happened ..receptionist are rude..nurses calling my daughter telling her she will have miscarriage on the phone without even seeing her..The nurse certainly wasn't nice to her either...Totally heartless ..I've told her to change practices ...this place is aweful
What a disgusting way they treat you here! I had a baby and was supposed to be seen at 6 weeks for postpartum check up. They had no appointments and booked it at 7 weeks. I got a call 5 days ago, the week of my appt, saying my provider is stuck in California because of the snow and they would call me to reschedule. After leaving messages all week my appointment is now TWELVE WEEKS postpartum because they said its all they have after telling me they would have to carve out time this week to see me
