What a disgusting way they treat you here! I had a baby and was supposed to be seen at 6 weeks for postpartum check up. They had no appointments and booked it at 7 weeks. I got a call 5 days ago, the week of my appt, saying my provider is stuck in California because of the snow and they would call me to reschedule. After leaving messages all week my appointment is now TWELVE WEEKS postpartum because they said its all they have after telling me they would have to carve out time this week to see me

I felt supported during almost every visit here. The midwives, nurses, and doctors are truly caring, and some have been especially compassionate and understanding of my past medical trauma. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful in arranging every appointment—thank you. Although there is often a 15–30 minute wait, I would still choose to come here over anywhere else nearby because I feel so much more at ease. I go to Pioneer Women's Health for my GYN needs. Dr. Hebert saved my from a bleed in the Emergency room. Despite having a very serious infection I felt that I was in good hands. She was able to treat me and in doing so, perhaps saved my life. Her soft skills, understanding and comforting me were exceptional and even the ER staff made a point of commenting on her manner. I highly recommend this office.

I was told I was had a twin pregnancy for about 12 hours until another Dr from the Springfield office called and told me that was a clerical error. I had spoken with the head obgyn dr about the twin pregnancy on the phone the day before. There were comments on my lab report about twin fetuses and such….I was in disbelief but he assured me it was true (from no evidence, we had done one ultrasound which showed one baby) They may be understaffed but I just do not trust this office.

I’m a new patient here. I have to get blood work done 2 times, 48 hours apart. The person I spoke with on the phone told me to come to Baystate Franklin any day which I did today (a Saturday) and that their Lab is open 24 hours. I’m coming in on a Saturday because it’s the most convenient time for me to come, although I left work an hour early so the 48 hours can be as close as possible and my test results can be accurate. I get to the Lab and they tell me that they never received an order for any blood work to be done. Bays... read more
