I wish I could give it zero stars. Staff is not helpful and are more concerned about playing pranks with each other, or just talking about their plan versus treating the patients. At one point there were 15 total nurses and doctors to only 5 patients, and still took 3 hours to speak to a woman who was heavily bleeding from her head, which was truly unacceptable. The absolute WORST "care" I ever got!!!
8 hours and still counting. The radiologist has taken this long to send back results of a CT scan. I've asked a few nurses what the hold up is and I get rude responses or told it's not there problem. Nurses snap chatting, and discussing other patients outside my door. This place is very sub standard. Don't come here if you can avoid it.
My mother in-law was staying there unfortunately for almost a week one morning she awoke to realize that someone went in her pocket book and stole her money and her 3 prescriptions she had with her I was talking with a coworker said her sisters wedingring was stolen and her purse be very careful what you bring to this hospital
Cassie at the check in desk for the ED is a nasty person. She is rude and disrespectful. Wasn't even able to articulate an answer when asked about the visitor policy. Good decent people are hard to find. Sad!
