Worst office I have ever been to. They have made my last two pregnancies extremely stressful. One ended in a miscarriage and they didn’t call me back for 72 hours after some concerning symptoms. They refuse to see me when I bring my children to my appointments and cry some covid nonsense. Run as far away as you can from this office. Always kind and helpful, and worked very hard to help me get my records from overseas. A pleasure to work with!!
Today I had an obgyn apt at Mary lane in ware . I was nervous but what girl isn’t nervous about those kind of appointments. I had a nurse midwife Sarah elizabeth Barton. She was absolutely wonderful . Explained what she was doing !! Very very nice ! Also the medical assistant there who did my vital signs was also very nice . Thank you for all you do !!!
Dr.Robillard sucks as well as the front desk people
If I could give Dr. Robillard 0 stars I would. I have been a patient here for almost 4 years. Recently went to ER at Mary lane and had a good experience there. The ER doctor told me to follow up with OBGYN for a mass they found on my CT scan. Had a telemedicine appointment set up for 2:30 PM and they never called or sent the link. I then called the office and they told me Dr. Robillard refuses to see me because I am not an established patient of hers (like I said, been here for 4 years). Patient NEGLECT!
