Pleasant people to speak with and always trying hard to make my experience seamless and stress free.
Another victim for this company, with payment default for many years after using a highly experienced interpreter the last minute to out-of-state. Just hanging up the telephone calls and ignoring the emails.
people are not certified and do not understand only say what I or the other person said. They show up later or don't show at all.
I was called for last minute services and out-of-state legal matters, which hasn't be paid for years and they blocked the phone calls.
