Spent a few days getting tested at various hearing centers. I found that Jim Caldarola who is one of the owners at Baystate Hearing Aids Center to be the most honest and ethical of all the centers I visited. His focus was on what type of loss of my hearing capabilities I was experiencing and then providing me with the most cost effective product that would give me the best hearing I could have.
