I can't get Griswald center to get back to me to remedy these significant issues. I'm going to every rating and putting a 1. If no one notices I'm contacting a person that knows the laws better than I do. I'm not allowing others to be treated like this. I've reached out to 4 pharmacies. They ALL said similar issues with the Griswald Center. DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF! I already know patients have serious concerns and issues with the Griswald center. It is REALLY difficult to communicate with your doctor. It can be really stressful trying to get information or relay information. The phone menu goes on forever. The text option - half the time i don't get any answer other than the automated response - and then th ealgorithm closed the chat. When you call, expect to spell your name 4 or 5 times if you are not Anglo, and expect to wait until the next day for a response. I have been going to 21 Dwight Road, Longmeadow MA for a few months and feel VERY fortunate to have had Nancy Weithofer as my PT for concussion treatment. When I first saw Nancy my scalp was extremely sensitive, my head ached, I was off balance and extremely fatigued. Told us we could leave at a certain time they keep changing it so they can monitor mom but all tests results for baby and mom have come back fine. Food has been slow and trash, nurses don’t do anything besides come in maybe every two hours. Baystate is a joke.

Run, don’t walk away from this practice! I’ve been a patient for over 20 years, one doctor after another has left leaving mostly PA’s. Called 7 times over 2 1/2 months for an appointment only to be told to go to a walk-in center. Finally Went to my husbands DR who got me in pretty quickly, immediately to a cardiologist who immediately sent me to the hospital for a pace maker. I’d be dead if I continued to look to Westside Adult Medicine for medical care. I rated this one star as that is the lowest but it should be a -10.

The staff is very competent and courteous. The complaint I have is about the Billing department. I got several collection letters for bills that supposedly I did not pay. The fact is that I never got invoices from BRL. Instead of sending four reminders, BRL sent my bills directly to the collection company. Of course this affects my credit score. Worst treatment after major surgery I have ever had. I felt that I was neglected forgotten and not taken care of after major surgery. I had to fend for myself complain the whole time I even had to ask for ice right after major surgery. I woke up with severe pain so much I wasShaking uncontrollably and crying. I will never go back to Chestnut surgical center. Next time I need surgery I’m going to Boston.
