Communication with Baystate Gastroenterology is abysmal. Been getting the run around for three months trying to schedule a procedure. I was told they were waiting for clearance from my doctor. When contacting my doctor, I was told clearance was given the very same day it was requested. Baystate Gastroenterology flat out lied. Don’t use this provider!
i called for an appointment because of stomach pains its April 12th and they cant get me in until July 20th??? Unacceptable!
I’ve been with this office for 15 years. They used to be great. Now they’re complete trash. I’ve been seeing the same doctor throughout the years. I was scheduled to have upper and lower endoscopies done. It took me over six months to get an appointment. When procedure day arrived, I was wheeled into the operating room only to see an unfamiliar face. I had never met this doctor before, and didn't even know her name. This team is AMAZING!!!
The practice seems scattered. Communication has been lacking and a significant omission resulted in lack of follow up. It's a good thing I'm on top of it when it comes to my health. I will not return to this practice.
