I was seen by Anastasia. She was professional, patient and attentive with my questions. Felt very comfortable with my doctor’s appointment there and with all my questions that were answered, I will definitely be going back.
Absurd waitlisting procedure Writing on behalf of my father. He went for a routine colonoscopy 2 years ago and was waitlisted. He told staff that he was high risk as he previously had pre-cancerous polyps removed and my grandfather died from colon cancer. He called multiple times and was told repeatedly that he was still on the waitlist. After waiting 2 years past the 5-year recommended period, we went elsewhere. 9 polyps were removed, and 4 were pre-cancerous. We would not recommend making an appointment here
My wife has an appointment and did everything they asked. The have call five times and it’s harassment . We asked them to stop and they still call.
It won’t let me leave a zero star review for Dr. Stephanie Stephanie so just putting this here that NO one should see her. Ask for another provider in the practice. She will only treat you with what she thinks is wrong with you without taking into account your medical history. Severely unprofessional and judgemental. Repulsed by my encounter with her during my endoscopy.
