Wonderful staff. It was very difficult to communicate during my stay due to my illness, but the staff were very kind and supportive. I was seen relatively quickly, and the waiting and bed areas were clean. Thank you to the receptionist who suggested GoodRX, that saved me!

If I could give this ER zero stars, I would. No rush, no sympathy, there’s not even common sense here. Avoid as much as possible. Showed up with my kid at 6am today for them to give him some antibiotics meds & basically told us they couldn’t help. Went back because his symptoms got worse & so was the swelling of his face. Just for the people that work here to brush off my kid in the hallway while we waited 30 minutes for nothing. Not including the 2 hour wait in the waiting room. I went to this ER reporting severe kidney and lower left abdominal pain. They literally did nothing to control the pain, did no blood work, did not ask me for ANY medical history or what medications I’m on. Just checked if I was pregnant. I’m not even sexually active so not even a possibility. I have a history of kidney stones and ovarian cysts.
