I was in town for a week at the end of August 2026, visiting from Virginia, and this was probably the best experience I had for using a gym while away from home in 20+ years. The price, the equipment, the environment and location was absolutely perfect. Many thanks! Keep up the good work. It's refreshing to know that there is a beautiful fitness center that doesn't charge folks $25 per day to work out when away from home. We will see you again soon when we come back to town!

I joined Baystate Fitness a little over a year ago and it’s been so great! It provides everything you need: equipment, classes, personal training. I’ve been doing personal training with Meghan for almost the whole time I’ve been a member and it’s been incredible! Definitely recommend if you live in the south shore.
Bay State Fitness has a relaxing vibe that still gets you ready to put in serious work. The equipment is solid, clean, and built for real training. The staff and trainers are fantastic too. Highly recommend the youth fitness camps, my teenager loved it!
