I joined Baystate Fitness a little over a year ago and it’s been so great! It provides everything you need: equipment, classes, personal training. I’ve been doing personal training with Meghan for almost the whole time I’ve been a member and it’s been incredible! Definitely recommend if you live in the south shore.
Bay State Fitness has a relaxing vibe that still gets you ready to put in serious work. The equipment is solid, clean, and built for real training. The staff and trainers are fantastic too. Highly recommend the youth fitness camps, my teenager loved it!
October member month was a superb entry into our chilly season with hot coffee, balloons and lots of friendly staff support. The gym improves every day with new equipment and fresh paint/renovations. Nice work! Sweet and clean and there’s everything you need from equipment to classes. And Maureen always has a smile and a happy good morning for you!
