Dr's and NPs give their full attention. I got ovarian cancer appoints were moving along til I needed a port and chemo. Seems oncology in Springfeild to be quite slow about moving the port and chemo along for appointments and it being a late stage no matter how many times I ask for an up date 24 hrs for return call. A return call would be nice and not have to wait 2 days. Late stage cancer moving chemo along would be nice location in Springfeild and Greenfeild. A port that can be implanted in a few minutes REALLY???
Not able to gey ahold of ppl in the office unless you jump through hoops and even then you likely are not going to get much help. My son has been a pt there isnce before birth and was even born there and I can't even get him in for his annual physical for months out. Have to pay to take him to urgent care instead, after appx 8 yrs of being linked w them and despite my son never seeing another pedicatrician. iburge parents to go elsewhere
Staff cursing out patients is a new one
I have been pleased with the continuity of care at this practice. Their interaction with my gasto and pulmonary specialists has been seamless. They are doing a great job within our healthcare system which is broken by no-fault of Baystate.
