All pretty chill but the ultrasound tech is very rude I thought maybe she was just having a bad day and was upset which I completely understand everyone have a bad day here and there but when I asked other mothers that go here to get there stuff done they've all given the same response, she was rude and presses extremely hard while doing the ultrasound which I understand you have to be firm but not to the point of being sore for 6-8 hours after.
I wish I'd read the reviews before booking my appointment! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I'd moved back to MA and this office dragged it's feet getting my medical records for 2 weeks, wouldn't return my phone calls, DR TROLLEY was unreachable as well as the OFFICE MANAGER. I have PPMS and my medications ran out, my biggest fear! After reporting them to Baystate Services someone finally called me back, at this point I was just looking for guidance as I'd already found another doctor but the appointment was over a month away.
