The CEO of this practice should resign in shame.
We've gone here for years, but they've really gone downhill lately. Today is the 2nd time in 5 days that we were suppose to have prescriptions sent to our pharmacy and have had to call the office and wait an extra day or 2, because the scripts never got sent over. Our daughter was also in for an appointment and due for vaccines, they said they'd send the nurse right in with them.
