Great doctors, good service. My doctor is always present and asks good questions. He doesn't rush and is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that it takes too long to get appointments.
I tried to make an appointment with quabin medical at 95 Sergeant St., Belchertown. The lady I talked to said I have an appointment there at 11:40. I showed up early go to check in. They say I don’t have an appointment there. I called the same phone number I called the day before.I got a different lady this time. Dr's and NPs give their full attention. I got ovarian cancer appoints were moving along til I needed a port and chemo. Seems oncology in Springfeild to be quite slow about moving the port and chemo along for appointments and it being a late stage no matter how many times I ask for an up date 24 hrs for return call. A return call would be nice and not have to wait 2 days. Late stage cancer moving chemo along would be nice location in Springfeild and Greenfeild. A port that can be implanted in a few minutes REALLY???
Not able to gey ahold of ppl in the office unless you jump through hoops and even then you likely are not going to get much help. My son has been a pt there isnce before birth and was even born there and I can't even get him in for his annual physical for months out. Have to pay to take him to urgent care instead, after appx 8 yrs of being linked w them and despite my son never seeing another pedicatrician. iburge parents to go elsewhere
