I wish I'd read the reviews before booking my appointment! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I'd moved back to MA and this office dragged it's feet getting my medical records for 2 weeks, wouldn't return my phone calls, DR TROLLEY was unreachable as well as the OFFICE MANAGER. I have PPMS and my medications ran out, my biggest fear! After reporting them to Baystate Services someone finally called me back, at this point I was just looking for guidance as I'd already found another doctor but the appointment was over a month away. Great doctors, good service. My doctor is always present and asks good questions. He doesn't rush and is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that it takes too long to get appointments.

I tried to make an appointment with quabin medical at 95 Sergeant St., Belchertown. The lady I talked to said I have an appointment there at 11:40. I showed up early go to check in. They say I don’t have an appointment there. I called the same phone number I called the day before.I got a different lady this time. She said my appointment is in Greenfeild, 48 Sanderson St. I drove from Belchertown to Greenfeild. I was 16 minutes late. Dr's and NPs give their full attention. I got ovarian cancer appoints were moving along til I needed a port and chemo. Seems oncology in Springfeild to be quite slow about moving the port and chemo along for appointments and it being a late stage no matter how many times I ask for an up date 24 hrs for return call. A return call would be nice and not have to wait 2 days. Late stage cancer moving chemo along would be nice location in Springfeild and Greenfeild. A port that can be implanted in a few minutes REALLY???
