I never see like that medical center before. The assistants look at us as if they're about to beat us up at any moment. Some of the assistants are very rude. They treat us like we're not human. Long hours of waiting. There isn't even a clean waiting area. The hospital is like a breeding ground for germs. Department of Health and Human Services needs to do something about this hospital. Urgently. What I've described applies to the emergency room; I don't know about other departments. But I am preparing to file a complaint wit... read more

Avoid This PLACE! 0 stars. Was told by PCP nurse to go to ER. After 12 hours still hadn't seen a doctor or was ever told ekg. Ctscan. Xray or lab results. Left hospital. Unless im unconscious and taken by ambulance against my will, will NEVER step in this hospital again for treatment of any sort. Place should be shut down. Update will call tomorrow Public relations and see in a 12 hour window why no doctor was seen in a hospital and why no results were given.

This is a review of the admissions and triage part of the ER. Last weekend, I arrived at 6 am on a Saturday at the triage desk and it took until 11 pm to be admitted to the ER --in other words, it took me 17 hours to be admitted. The only reason I was admitted then was people around me began to shout out that I had been there 17 hours, was in pain, and needed to be seen. The response from the triage desk was: "Oh, is she still there? I guess we forgot about her." I arrived by EMT after waking up with intense knee pain and no... read more

The waiting area in the emergency adult department is disgustingly disgusting. You can smell is dirty the floor the chairs no one is around at least to wipe down chairs where no one is sitting. The bathrooms don’t get me started. The girls that do your vitals don’t wipe down the equipment nor machines after every patient. They were mad because I asked that they clean them before doing vitals on me. Yes sick people go there but keep the place clean and sanitary. Inside where the rooms are is better than the waiting area. The ... read more

Never go here. It's the absolute worst experience. I have been sitting here for 8 hours after having chest pain and shortness of breath for the entire day. The waiting room is horrible! There's blood on the floor and we all have to just walk around it because not a single person has been out here. The only quick service was my x-ray but I'm honestly surprised nobody has died in the waiting room here.
