Well... it's been an interesting experience thus far, receptionist was nice, nurse who took vitals was nice, however I've never waited longer in my entire life just to get called back for vitals, we haven't even made it to a room yet, I shudder to think how long these other people who came in 2 hours after me will have to wait to be seen. Hopefully another 2 hours max and I won't be too upset lol
Baystate ER cared for my mum in her later stages of Parkinson's. They were nice & took the time needed for an elder. I would recommend them.
