Well... it's been an interesting experience thus far, receptionist was nice, nurse who took vitals was nice, however I've never waited longer in my entire life just to get called back for vitals, we haven't even made it to a room yet, I shudder to think how long these other people who came in 2 hours after me will have to wait to be seen. Hopefully another 2 hours max and I won't be too upset lol

Baystate ER cared for my mum in her later stages of Parkinson's. They were nice & took the time needed for an elder. I would recommend them.

It should not take 2 hours to order X-ray then another 2 hours to get results if I didn’t keep asking who knows how long it would take. But I actually gave up and when I went to leave, they acted like they didn’t even care one less person to worry about. Lol They weren’t shy about coming over and taking my Health insurance information you read the reviews of this department absolutely horrible. They had two doctors the place was filled. Find hard to believe you can’t staff the place with extra doctors. What a joke.
