I had not been to this dentist office but it carried my insurance, so I used their portal to book an appointment. I had to wait three months to be seen, and when the day came I discovered that they had cancelled my appointment, which I had called and confirmed the previous week, but they had sent multiple message to my cell phone, which does not have service in my home, after I had already confirmed it over the telephone. My family has been going here for a while. We always receive the best customer service and the most friendly and professional dental hygienists and doctors. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for dental care. Baystate Dental in Northampton is the best!

This place is unbelievable! For over two years I have been trying to have them refund money that is sitting in my account. That's all I get from these people is it was sent to headquarters to be refunded. Stay away from these people they are only in it for the money

I have been at multiple dental practices in my life and this one is by far has the worst administrative staff and insurance policies. Ariel and Nicole are particularly rude and unhelpful and unwilling to do much to help in terms of helping with patients' insurance claims. I asked for the dental practice to write a letter to help with a claim appeal the practice left me to do on my own and they first said the doctor would write a letter to only later say that the doctor would not write a letter to justifying my claim on work ... read more
