I highly recommend the center especially if you are facing a breast cancer diagnosis. The welcoming staff and clinicians put you at ease.The building is clean. Everything is organized. The Nurse Navigators, Surgical Oncologist, Pre surgical Oncology FNP and Medical Technicians are professional. They have compassion.
The lady with the headset at the front desk was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. When I went to the desk because it was 25 mins after my appointment. She tried saying it was 12:15 not 12pm. Well when i got the robo call it said 12pm. And regardless they were late! To which she want to get loud with me in the lobby. My time is just as valuable as the provider and if I was late they wouldn't see me. Why is it OK for them to constantly run late? Everyone is so nice there and answered all my questions. It was my first time going last yr.
The waiting room are very clean and a lot of sitting places the tellers are very pleasant send a technician are very nice .
