The manager, Lali, came to greet me as soon as I arrived. I was unsure if I wanted a full wash, as it was going to storm that afternoon. I agreed to a full vacuum but told him my reservations about a full wash, additionally I did not have 45min-1hr to wait. I asked him if he could just wipe the dust off the outside, that would be great. He ended up washing the outside and didn't charge me for it! I'll definitely be back. Van was cleaned within two hours and clean inside and outside.
I was a regular, almost monthly customer for over 5 years and appreciated the service and experience for most of that time. Then I had a series of bad experiences which I commented on. Mostly the demand to pay more because the car was 'dirty' with some (not a lot) of bugs from motorway driving. From the customer point of view, we are paying to have the car cleaned because it is dirty, so the idea that the standard fees are to clean an already clean car and extra should be paid for a dirty car is somewhat ludicrous.
