I haven’t personally been to this office, but a close friend of mine had a very upsetting experience with one of the doctors here. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and even body-shamed her during the visit. Despite raising valid concerns, she felt unheard and disrespected. She wouldn’t tell me the doctor’s name—probably because she knew I’d call it out publicly. If a medical professional can’t be bothered to read a patient’s file or take their concerns seriously, they shouldn’t be practicing. Patients deserve better.
Dr. Henderson is nice, but too busy to help you when you need it.
I had a very bad experience with the receptionists. I went in for my appointment and was told my insurance was inactive so I decided to reschedule. I called the day before to make sure it was active and I was told it was. After neither receptionist would admit to speaking to me on the phone the day before. I get a call while I’m leaving with one of the ladies telling me I only called the 9th not yesterday ( as if I was lying to them) which the 9th was on a Sunday when they are closed. All the staff were very friendly. Dr. Cooper has excellent bedside manner. She was very kind and patient. Highly recommend!
