Extremely disappointed with the service here. I brought my car in for a scheduled recall repair, and it turned into a three-week ordeal. I was met with constant excuses, including parts delays and unnecessary test drives, and was denied a loaner car despite the extended wait time. To top it off, they failed to complete the state inspection I requested, waiting until the very end to tell me they wouldn't do it due to a minor tire leak. Service Manager Mark Needham Service Advisor Giuseppe Coppola Avoid Bayside Volkswagen Service. They are not shamed of lying about anything they tell you. Do not trust their verbal claims that a repair has been completed. Get everything in writing and independently verify their work. The most disgusting part of this experience is not simply that Bayside VW failed to fix a basic alignment problem after nearly two months and three repair attempts.
