We chose this practice because they advertise their Fear Free training and experience working with anxious pets. Since our dog had previously been cared for by the same veterinarian for six years (who had recently transitioned her practice to focus solely on end-of-life care), this was his first routine annual exam with a new in-person veterinarian. I’m very grateful that Bayside Veterinary Care has taken excellent care of Sadie, my 13 1/2 yr old Shih Tzu, with their patience while using all fear free techniques to calm her at her exam. I was amazed at how calm she was, for Veterinarian Dr Caroline Nelson and Kim, the Vet Tech, to check the condition of her mouth. I’m very appreciative that you detected that she had an infection and prescribed antibiotics prior to her dental surgery. Sadie has healed well and I am convinced that Bayside has done a great job !
