The owner isn't friendly, doesn't listen, and over priced. You think paying almost $20 for a grinder you would get what you paid for, and if you ask for extra anything it's instantly a nope. As I waited 45 minutes for one large grinder and one medium grinder and been told to leave her alone while she made my grinders I was looking around and started to count things around the store and once she noticed me she instantly told me if I had any ideas to pay for her time for making grinders that weren't anywhere ready and she woul... read more
Over the years I have spent a great deal of money in this store, whether food or merchandise or fuel, I have put a lot of my hard earned money into their business, but I don't think there is one time that I've been when this one woman is working, I believe she is the owner, that she has not been unbelievably rude to me. She acts as if I'm going to steal something or like I'm bugging her. The owner (woman) is NEVER friendly. My husband has mentioned the same thing on several occasions and I always feel ‘unwelcomed’ when I stop here. I probably stop 5-10 x a month and I don’t think she has ever been ‘nice’. It’s not very hard to exchange simple pleasantries or smile especially when people are spending money there. The other staff on the other hand are always kind! I will not go there anymore unless I absolutely have to, I’ll go across the street from now on.
Good grinders but didn’t get my pickles it’s okay though I probably wasn’t clear as they offered spicy pickles and pickles and I said no spicy pickles. Not much to choose from with the deli. Grinders or hot dogs. But the grinder was great so much better than subway. I don’t hate subway but would rather have a real grinder once in awhile
