I have personally been in this program and although I did not complete it, the knowledge I gained from giving it a go, is why I stand here today. The only reviews allowed are positive ones. Those of us who had bad experiences will not be free to express our concerns. It will be said that we were or are the problem. Most reviews are written by staff. I am sober 4yrs after leaving this place only a couple of months in. It did not help me. I was abused during my stay and not treated with love at all. This place saves lives. As someone who stumbled through the gates 10 years ago straight from a psych ward getting off ice and who knows what; miserable, suffering, confused and hurt - My life is day and night compared to what it is now! I left many times at my own accord because I wasn't ready to hear the things that ACTUALLY provokes change. I have been apart of the organisation for 12 years and we have the most amazing staff, volunteers and residents that go above and beyond to help those in the life of recovery. Its disappointing when I see fake reviews by people under fake accounts -( Trumplovin Wigga) has never been a resident and has been reported. Thankyou to all those who are honest about their experience as this is a vital tool to acknowledge the great work we do and we also encourage constructive feedback to improve our service.
