Terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. I came to Bayside Shore and Auto for an alignment (which came with a warranty), and ever since then, I’ve had to replace three tires. I called last week and was told I could bring my car in first thing Monday morning under the warranty. I rearranged my schedule and missed work based on that confirmation, only to show up and be told they already had cars on the jack and couldn’t help me until Wednesday or Thursday.
