Avoid Bayside Therapy Associates at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen and have the patience and time to deal with bad customer service, sloppy clerical work and messy payment entanglements. My wife and I paid the price for their lack of professionalism and poor communication skills--literally. Their billing process is grossly mismanaged. I'm sorry to hear that Rick A. had such a terrible time here, but Bayside Therapy did me WORLDS OF GOOD, and Lisa Jungclas is literally the best therapist ever. I went through 4 different therapists over the course of three years, and I finally found her. For myself, personally, I enjoy someone cut and dry, to the point, who doesn't sugar coat things. She helped me learn how to FINALLY manage my anxiety disorder, and if it weren't for obviously professional reasons, I would be buds with her outside of the clinic. I haven't s... read more
