Bayside is a very place. I used to live at the Mainlands. Since I came to Bayside I met Path Bell and she been so helpful. And if I have a problem, I can go to her and she helps me. I appreciate her very much. Don L.

I researched several places for my mom and after visiting a couiple I found it clear that Bayside was the place for her. Nazim made a gret introduction first to me then with Mom. She was 99 and didn't partake in many activities. I usually visited around lunch time. The food was usually quite good. The pizza excellent. Dining staff got to know us and were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to interact with the other residents too. The staff on the second floor were all very helpful. This was general population. My mom was a resident in the assisted living area for 1 year prior to her death. The staff were caring and compassionate. My mom expressed her happiness as well for the respectful care she received. They did very well considering they were sometimes short staffed especially on weekends.

The xperience of moving my Dad a year ago from the ALF side to the memory unit has been horrendous. Upon every visit I have questioned the cleanliness, why things are missing from his room, why does he have other people’s laundry and where is his, is he eating, why are all the staff members on their phones and not stimulating or helping the patients, why is their feces all over my Dads toilet, why does it smell so bad everywhere as soon as you walk in the door?
