Bayside came recommended by another company to help with a blocked storm drain. Communication was very poor and it took a few months to get someone onsite after many phone calls. My initial request was to use a camera or to help find where the blockage is. Bayside recommended jetting instead. When the crew finally arrived they first said they preferred to use a camera first for this kind of issue but they weren't aware beforehand and didn't have the equipment. Our "well" is not a well, so we have to have water delivered. Bayside is great. We super appreciate their prompt help. Imagine no water: no toilets, no dishes, no laundry, no dog bowls filled. All very important and high priority needs.
Great place, but don't be fooled by Google - they do *not* do water utility locates.
