I truly believe that Bayside Recovery saved my life. I was spiraling down over grief, alcohol and very loose boundaries. I connected with Bayside Recovery by phone. I can't say enough about the staff here. They are welcoming and helped me get to the bottom of my issues. If you are looking for Therapy or are a Veteran struggling with anxiety or PTSD, there may be someone here that can help. Kerstin was my Therapist and I can't speak highly enough about the help she provided. Give it a shot. You won't be dissapointed.
I can't say enough good about Bayside Recovery & Wellness.. The insight, help and careing that these individuals provided is unmeasureable.
