Tyler and his team have always done a great job taking care of my pool. They open, close and keep it clean throughout the season. Whenever there is a repair to be done they jump on it and get it fixed. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
I switched to Bayside Pools for the closing of my pool in September 2024 from another local pool service company. The service was as expected and I didn't have anymore dealings with them until I opened my pool this week. I have to say that each and every Bayside Pool employee I come in contact with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and the most important part, honest! Called because I needed a new pool liner. They sent Tyler out and got all the measurements. I was told I would have an estimate by the following Monday. I have since called 4-5 times to find out what is going on and I have never received a call back, much less the promised estimate..... It's been a month, and the summer is almost over. The estimate was never received via email, even after I called in and provided (and had them check) my email address. I can confirm that it was never sent.
Giving one star because I can’t give zero. We need a new liner. My wife called, talked with the rep, and sent a text with pool details as the rep requested. Rep texted back and set up a time to look at our pool. No one showed up on the agreed upon time and date. We contacted the company again to see what happened and set up another time. Never got a response. Multiple friends recommended them.
