Called because I needed a new pool liner. They sent Tyler out and got all the measurements. I was told I would have an estimate by the following Monday. I have since called 4-5 times to find out what is going on and I have never received a call back, much less the promised estimate..... It's been a month, and the summer is almost over. The estimate was never received via email, even after I called in and provided (and had them check) my email address. I can confirm that it was never sent.
Giving one star because I can’t give zero. We need a new liner. My wife called, talked with the rep, and sent a text with pool details as the rep requested. Rep texted back and set up a time to look at our pool. No one showed up on the agreed upon time and date. We contacted the company again to see what happened and set up another time. Never got a response. Multiple friends recommended them.

Tyler and his team have been doing an awesome job for us for years, opening and closing our pool and spa, and taking care of the maintenance. He is also terrific at giving me the heads-up when equipment may be approaching end of its lifespan. He doesn't oversell...he is just prepared and stocked with what I need, WHEN I need it. I TRUST and rely on Bayside Pools.
