It’s easy to give good service when things go right, it’s harder to give good service when things go wrong. I recently had a product purchased from this store, which at probably not fault of this merchant, has some batch issues which caused discolouration of my pebblecrete. After letting them know of the issue, this store did the right thing and worked with me to correct the issue and provided me with the correction products FOC.
