I called Bayside Plumbing due to a septic backup into our lower level. I was told that Brad was on a job in Walker and that he would be in touch shortly. He called back and said he would be able to stop by soon. He showed up shortly after, which I appreciated. He looked at the basement and went to his truck and brought his electric drain auger down to the outside drain clean out pipe. Our water heater leaked in our vacation home. Bayside Plumbing and Heating was very responsive and returned our call while other “recommended” plumbing companies did not. Brad was very professional and provided a reasonable quote. Work was performed in a timely and neat fashion 04/28/25 Sewer line backup occurred just as we were leaving this property after a long weekend.
