Amazing. We bought our place 3 years ago and it came with this outdoor spa. Hanging over my head was the council compliance for it every 4 years. I am genuinely surprised how easy Leigh made it to get the compliance. I googled several compliance places to see who I should choose and all were more expensive, where Leigh said his $200 incl gst fee covered any second visit as well. Leigh explained everything that was needed to meet the pool compliance in an easy-to-understand way. He was very thorough in his assessment of the property and worked quickly through the task. The extensive report was sent the following day, and his fee was most competitive. We have already penciled him in for the next compliance in 4 years' time.
