I had an 8:20 a.m. Saturday well-visit scheduled for my daughter with Dr.Casey. We arrived at 8:18 a.m., only to be told at the front desk that the doctor wouldn't be there until around 9:00 a.m. because of traffic. We live about 40 minutes away, so this meant waking both my daughter and myself up extra early on a weekend for an appointment that the office wasn't able to keep on time.
