They do a standard job with preventative care, and will see you and your kid if needed. But if you need a test result for your kid, and it is important, go to urgent care. My 2 year old needed a routine test and they said sure come in. Great, but they left out that the result would take 5 days to get back! Usless waste of time and money. I went to urgent care 2 days late because of this expensive nonsense.
