Grace, Remy, Connie, Stefanie, and the entire team at the watermark are fantastic! We have been there for seven months and since the beginning, they went/go above and beyond to help me navigate a really tough time for an Urgent admission. We had a bumpy transition due to some health issues for my mom they were accommodating, helpful, flexible, supportive, and really worked with our needs to ensure we were happy and supported. Wish I had better to say, but my experience here wasn't all that great. My mail was opened, unfortunately I ended up getting a mild case of Covid. My care went downhill..... I would sometimes find my meals in the hallway. Food was not that great either. Sorry but that's what happened to me........
