My family conducted a robust search for the perfect new home for our 104 year old mother. Stephanie, the executive director and Trish, the director of sales and marketing graciously and compassionately welcomed us into the Watermark. . With the utmost professionalism, warmth and understanding they and their staff represent a real community of support, person centered care, and a wonderful home for our mother. Thank you !

Grace, Remy, Connie, Stefanie, and the entire team at the watermark are fantastic! We have been there for seven months and since the beginning, they went/go above and beyond to help me navigate a really tough time for an Urgent admission. We had a bumpy transition due to some health issues for my mom they were accommodating, helpful, flexible, supportive, and really worked with our needs to ensure we were happy and supported. Wish I had better to say, but my experience here wasn't all that great. My mail was opened, unfortunately I ended up getting a mild case of Covid. My care went downhill..... I would sometimes find my meals in the hallway. Food was not that great either. Sorry but that's what happened to me........
