I purchased a camper from Bayside and had to take it in to have warranty work performed. Parts were sent from the manufacturer and Bayside Outdoors had the correct parts o hand. The attached photos show how Bayside chose to perform the repair work. It took a lot of time and communication with the rv manufacturer to get the work done. Jason was very attentive to our needs. His dedication to getting the part we needed for our travel trailer went above and beyond the call of duty. He even called back a few days later to make sure it worked it for us! Nice guy, great customer service all for a basic $6 part that no one else with a 50 mile radius had on a Saturday morning

Negative 10 is the actual score. My daughter and I purchased a brand new 30k camper and it had a couple issues (as expected with anything new) so brought it in to be looked at/ fixed. Item 1 was right running/brake light working to start but then stopped working. Our trucks lights worked fine with our enclosed trailer so truck should not be the issue.
