Yesterday I bumped into Hayley up the street and she stopped me to ask me how I was doing, after my strange eyesight episode I experienced whilst at work 5 days prior. To do that on her day off, shows just how much she really cares - can’t imagine anyone from Specsavers or the like doing the same. The team here are wonderful, my son was having some issues with his vision - the optometrist was kind, informative and very thorough. Needless to say I would highly recommend them. It’s rare to receive great customer service these days and the ladies here nailed it. Thanks again!
For many years i have been going to Specsavers. Too many mistakes have been made with incorrect lenses. Went to Bay side optometry, and the service is excellent. they care about your eye sight . They care more about giving good service and good advice than selling you products that you don't need. Good service wins out in the end. Thank you Hayley you are my new optometrist
