Consistent quality, care and service. As someone who has been wearing glasses for three decades now- it’s pretty easy to pick out “just another optometrist,” compared to a business that demonstrates their care, and experience in the field of vision. Customer service was amazing! Liz helped me and re-adjusted my sunglasses, she was so warm and friendly and very quick! Will definitely purchase my next pair there!
Yesterday I bumped into Hayley up the street and she stopped me to ask me how I was doing, after my strange eyesight episode I experienced whilst at work 5 days prior. To do that on her day off, shows just how much she really cares - can’t imagine anyone from Specsavers or the like doing the same. The team here are wonderful, my son was having some issues with his vision - the optometrist was kind, informative and very thorough. Needless to say I would highly recommend them. It’s rare to receive great customer service these days and the ladies here nailed it. Thanks again!
