Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed! Steve has a very professional but kind and welcoming approach to making you feel comfortable with the treatment you are receiving. I have been to Steve with pain travelling through my body from my injuries obtained during fitness classes. Steve has been able to successfully help heal those injuries and makes sure that you continue to condition and prevent them from happening again. Great first session with Stephen. Thorough and caring approach to understanding existing problems and painful areas. Came in with shoulder pain and knee discomfort with a previously operated on knee and felt muscles instantly relax throughout the session giving great relief. Stephen has excellent knowledge and execution of therapies and techniques with exercise recommendations to go with it.i am excited to see how I feel playing sport again and look forward to getting better with follow up sessions.
