This place sucks in customer service. It’s a shame we are tied to the Stanford network otherwise we would choose something else. There is a nurse who is always rude and will act as if she is paying you to come into the clinic and not the other way around. For the clinic it is perfectly okay to make you wait for 20+minutes but they will cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late. Very bad experience with the clinic. If you had a toddler that is scared of medical examination, this is the worst clinic you can choose. The staff there will not help you with easing the process, instead they will have you wait a very long time in the examine room before the doctor is ready (more than 15 mins), despite your toddler was crying so hard and even puked. And they would ask you to fill in a very long form while your toddler was crying so hard. Do not know why filling the form can not be done before the check-in??... read more
