Very nice medical office. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very grateful to have a family doctor after waiting a few years and I couldn’t have asked for better. Dr Falahat is lovely and puts you at ease right away, and the whole team are kind and helpful.
The staff is so nice and even the surgeon (Dr. Shum) seemed really nice (even amidst my confusion of it all of it) and made sure to make everything clear and let me know how the surgery works, recovery and even how it compares to my past surgeries ect, answered my questions and even though I was unsure, gave me the moment and the option to wait and call if I needed. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is the phone issue. I feel a voicemail would help; although understandably May get full fast. I understand it's a very b... read more
No one answers phone, can't book appointments because they send it off to the "doctor" and takes forever to hear back if you ever do. Oh, and don't forget they don't reach out when there are abnormalities showed on reports sent to them. Feeling very frustrated with the way things work over there, wish I had better things to say.
