I am writing to share a concerning experience regarding my wife's visit to Dr. Barbara Zhao approximately two years ago. Despite presenting reports indicating arthritis, Dr. Zhao conducted a brief examination, asserting that she was in good health and dismissing the arthritis diagnosis. Staff are friendly and welcoming and Dr Grabowski has helped me so much with my migraines.
The doctors are great at their jobs, but front end staff are quite rude and snarky. Especially to other office medical staff. Quite unprofessional. *This review is for Barbara Zhao front end staffing.*
