great turn around time on a major repair on my buddies huge boat(yacht) that I had to aid with transport of to and from bayside, never expected it to as fast as it was! If your towing something sizeable into their lot(to leave with them to work on) rest assured you can just pull into their lot and they will quickly/safely unhook you and move the boat with their equipment safeguarding your property and all of their other customers property as well. happy boating!
