The are the agency used for my rental and reneged on an agreement we had that landlord would cover all pool maintenance, then wanted to charge me for all chemicals. Haven’t got landlord to get much fixed - still broken lights and fans since we moved in 2 months ago, which were supposed to be fixed on entry.
Raffina is our property manager and she is definitely thoughtful, warm and professional at her work. We feel confident to let her manage our property and it leaves us a peace of mind.
Raffina is always very prompt in following up any queries or issues we may have. She is always working to ensure we are kept informed and are comfortable with any repairs that need doing on our rental property. She has found great tenants and her communication with us is always timely and professional. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
