Last year, I visited them as a new patient, and this year they called me again for another appointment. Unfortunately, just like last year, they were incredibly rude. The assistant who did my dental cleaning was very kind, but the rest of the staff was awful. On top of that, the cleaning was done so poorly that I had to make another appointment at a different clinic. Great experience with Dr.s Jinn and Lee. They tell you exactly what is needed and do not try to treat you more than is needed. They are also very respectful and polite. If you want clarity in pricing, honest examinations and diagnosis then I highly recommend this practice.
Jason was my Dental hygienist, he is by far the best one I’ve ever had, he was so gentle, very thorough, and the kindest person I had to work on my teeth. He did such a beautiful job, my teeth are sparkling white. I am ever so grateful for you Jason, you are amazing and so professional. You deserve a raise, GOD bless you!

I had an appointment scheduled but left before being seen due to how unprofessional and unwelcoming the front desk staff were. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt uncomfortable. Staff were openly rude to multiple patients, and there appeared to be preferential treatment in how certain individuals were being attended to.
