Beware of the office staff. I call the office to find a new dentist to do the second part of a deep cleaning for my wife because they don’t take our old dentist doesn’t take our insurance anymore. I called our old dentist office and insurance and got a got a release of authorization for the next dentist office. The office staff of this dentist stated that everything has to be resubmitted from the start to the insurance company.
Bayside Laser Dental, I visited once as a guest with insurance(July 31,2025), x-ray, tooth cleaning, and fluoride treatment($40 paid). The next appointment was Saturday, Aug 02, 2025(Great neck office), but I couldn't due to personal reasons, and I sent an apology message. Then, they assigned me another appointment on Wednesday, Aug o6, 2025, 04:00p.m.(Bayside office). I visited just in time. However, the Bayside Laser Dental office was locked.
