Overall a positive experience
I recently purchased a new car from Bayside Skoda and have to say absolutely loved the support and care from Phil and Radek. The Bayside Skoda Team made it really easy and they accommodated to my requirements in spite of delays on my side. Highly recommended.
I have been taking my Skodas Superb for Service since 2018 and this is one of the main reasons I keep buying more Superbs, because I feel if anything goes wrong the Bayside Service team is always here to help. This was the first time I took it to the new nearby site, I was pleased to experience after an issue with my front right tyre that there is still the same customer service mentality and willingness to help to solve problems. Thanks Jonathan for your help.
Poor experience and almost scammed. I had my car in for a service at Bayside Skoda, for my 75,000km service. My previous services have been at Skoda Deer Park which have been fantasitc. After the service I had a call from the service department saying that I need to replace my brakes. Following some questioning, they advised the fronts were are 0.2mm thick and rears at 6mm thick.
