Just bought my demo Skoda Kamiq and while the sales staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly, the process and final pick up day was underwhelming, disappointing and frustrating. We test drove my lovely demo car and had a good look at it, I asked on signing if it would be detailed as it was being driven by a salesman (fair enough) and had a few interior marks on the seats. From my initial interaction with Nevin from Bayside Skoda I knew I wasn’t going to feel pressured or undermined. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very polite and not at all pushy. In fact all the team were really pleasant which made purchasing my new car a seamless experience. Highly recommend.

I previously owned and loved my Skoda Octavia. So I bought a Scala a few years ago, but it is not the same quality in regard to no issues. And the most annoying part about it is the man who answered the phone for Service, is now answered by a female with a bad accent, and no understanding of cars, or whether an item comes under warranty repair or not. She always books me 2 or 3 weeks out, no matter the issue, and starts talking costs, even though it's under warranty and I paid the service deal. So then, I don't want to book ... read more

I recently purchased a new car from Bayside Skoda and have to say absolutely loved the support and care from Phil and Radek. The Bayside Skoda Team made it really easy and they accommodated to my requirements in spite of delays on my side. Highly recommended.
