If I could give Bayside Škoda 0 stars, I honestly would. The sales team at Bayside Škoda were fantastic, especially John and Leighton. They were friendly, helpful, and made the buying process smooth even after some Covid complications. But once the sale is complete, the after-sales experience is a completely different story. The service department has been incredibly disappointing. During one experience, it took them months to submit a basic warranty claim because they said they had forgotten, over and over again.
