Well...what a disappointing experience after going here from the very start. I was greeted with Alyssa, when booking in my car, who by the way was fantastic. That's where the good things stop. I mentioned when in my car there was an issue with the coolant, so I would come in early so the parts could be ordered and the issue fixed...it comes around to 12 midday and I call and the car hasn't been looked at...also was told my car would be ready by 3 so I could pick up my child from school and this clearly didn't happen either..... read more
Excellent customer service from Alyssa at my recent Skoda service appointment. She was organised, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive — keeping me informed throughout and making the whole experience a pleasure. Alyssa is a real credit to the service team.
The whole purchasing experience was fantastic . No pressure . Very helpful and let me go and think about it. Very nice people to deal with . I am now driving around in my Skoda and loving it .
