Had an appointment for 10:00 am to get my seatbelt replaced. I was waiting since it is a relatively fast fix. At 1 pm I asked for an update and they forgot about my vehicle. I didn’t leave until 3 pm. Extremely dissatisfied in the service department.
I took my mother's KIA van in for an oil change and tire rotation and was prepared to use a coupon. However, during checkout, I was surprised to be told it would cost $0.00. The Service person took it upon himself to check the KIA system and discovered that my mother purchased her van at another KIA dealership that had provided her with a number of free services as part of her van purchased. Bayside honored that! Thank you for going above and beyond.
