I was in a situation where I needed a mechanic to save me. Jay at Bayside Chrysler did just that. It was 4:40pm, 15 degrees outside, snow everywhere on the streets. I live 75 miles away upstate and needed to get home. My 2015 Dodge Durango was stuck in AWD LOW, was bolting, whining and possibly unsafe to drive.
