Bayside Hyundai = voleurs! J’ai amené ma voiture car il y avait une vibration lorsque je roulais. J’ai pensé c’est probablement un poids sur un de mes mags qui est tombé - je leur mentionne. Ils me reviennent en me disant que ce sont mes freins avant qui doivent être remplacés… je dit ok, mais je suis surprise, car ce n’est pas en freinant que la vibration se fait… c’est en roulant. Et lorsque je vais payer, on me mentionne qu’on a également posé un nouveau poids sur une de mes roues (!)… mais on me charge quand même le $450... read more
Maryann from the service team is excellent to deal with, very friendly and always there to help.
Took an online appointment for a certain date, they called back a day later saying that the appointment was cancelled and that the next date would be a week later, they told me to call them back. I phoned about 15 times during the day, never got an answer. The worst part is that i have to go back there for something that was supposed to be fixed a month ago. Really disappointed in the service at this hyundai
It is really hard to reach the service. We have an issue with our car (a fan was still working when we closed the car and the battery was draining) that as been look at a month ago and it doesnt seems to have been repair. Also, since that visit, our AC stop working too and we cant seems to find the problem. We have been buying hyundai cars for the past 10 years (Québec) and this is the first time we are not satisfied by the service we got. happen with a hyundai we worked with.
